1. Definitions
- Platform: the digital environment operated by SourcelyHub.
- User: any natural or legal person who uses the platform, as a supplier or buyer.
- Supplier: a user whose profile is aimed at offering products or services.
- Buyer: a user focused on searching for and contacting suppliers.
2. Registration and Account
To use the platform’s features, users must provide truthful information and keep their data up to date. Account use is personal and non-transferable, and users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
3. Platform Features
- Publishing and managing products;
- Searching and filtering suppliers and categories;
- Direct messaging system;
- Personalized areas for clients and suppliers;
- Free and paid plans with different features.
4. User Obligations
- Do not publish offensive, misleading, unlawful, or third-party copyrighted content;
- Use the platform ethically and in line with its commercial purposes;
- Respect deadlines and agreements made between parties outside SourcelyHub.
5. Responsibilities and Limitations
SourcelyHub is not responsible for negotiations between users; the quality, accuracy, or delivery of advertised products; losses resulting from temporary unavailability; or false/outdated information provided by third parties.
6. Plans and Payments
Certain features may be available only to users on paid plans. Prices, conditions, and benefits are described on the plans page. SourcelyHub reserves the right to change prices with prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (logos, texts, design, and code) belongs to SourcelyHub, unless otherwise indicated. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
8. Suspension and Cancellation
SourcelyHub may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice, especially in cases of misuse, fraud, or legal non-compliance.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. By continuing to use the platform, users agree to the latest published version.
10. Jurisdiction and Law
These Terms of Use are governed by Brazilian law. The competent jurisdiction for disputes is the court of São Paulo/SP.
